Prime Garage Studio ("we", "us", "our") operates the PrimeGarageStudio service and the website at primegaragestudio.com. This Privacy Policy explains what personal data we collect, how we use it, and the rights you have over it.

We are based in Costa Rica and process personal data in accordance with applicable Costa Rican data protection law, and where relevant, the GDPR and similar regulations.

Account data: name, email, password hash, company, role, and tenant assignment when an administrator creates your account.

Content you upload: vehicle photos and any images you submit to generate showroom renders, plus the AI-generated outputs you save to your gallery.

Contact data: name, company, email, phone, and message when you submit the contact form.

Usage data: limited logs (timestamps, actions performed, model used) needed to operate, secure, and audit the service.

Technical data: IP address, browser, device type, language, and cookie identifiers.

To provide the service: authenticate you, run AI generations, store your gallery, and serve images.

To communicate with you about the service, contact requests, and important changes.

To monitor, secure, debug, and improve the service.

To comply with our legal obligations.

We process your data based on: (a) the contract we have with you or your organization, (b) your consent (for example, for non-essential cookies), (c) our legitimate interests in operating and securing the service, and (d) legal obligations.

We use a small number of cookies and local storage entries. Essential ones keep you signed in and remember your language. Non-essential ones (analytics, marketing) are only set if you opt in via the cookie banner.

You can change your choice at any time from "Cookie settings" in the footer or on the Cookie Policy page.

We rely on a small number of vetted providers to run the service: Supabase (database, authentication, storage), OpenAI (AI image generation), Resend (transactional email), and Cloudflare (hosting and CDN). Each processes data only as needed to provide their service to us.

We keep account and content data while your account is active. Contact form submissions are kept for as long as needed to respond and for our internal records. You may request deletion at any time.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, or port your personal data, and to object to certain processing or withdraw consent.

The service is intended for businesses and is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

Our processors may store or process data outside Costa Rica, including in the United States and the European Union. We rely on appropriate safeguards offered by each processor to protect your data during these transfers.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent version. Material changes will be communicated through the service or by email when appropriate.
